Here at CrossFit Structure we provide an onboarding step before you can join our classes to make sure we get to know you, understand your needs and goals, as well as ensure you're well prepared prior to starting your first class with us.
During your onboarding process at CrossFit Structure you will meet with the gym owner/head coach Aaron Scott to understand your goals, have an introduction to the gym, and an assessment session. After which you will then have three 1-1 sessions with one of our coaches to make sure you know how to complete the movements you'll potentially see in the classes.
